What is the gossip about today?

What is your favorite activity?
ESTHER: My most preferred acitivity in my everyday life is sitting in a cafe with my best friend and just gossip. Hour after hour.
We meet every Saturday afternoon to gossip and it gives us strength to work for the next week. If the weather is fine we sit outside else inside the cafe.

What makes you really angry?
VERONICA: I play a lot of golf. It's mostly a social activity, you do it together with other people, but sometimes you play on your own.
The other day I was playing on my own and on hole 12 it suddenly happend. For twenty years I've been hoping for making a hole in one. And here it was, my first hole in one!
And nobody was there to watch it. Who will beleive me?
This really makes me angry!

What is the first thing you do in the morning when you wake up?
BETINA: I'm an early bird and I live very close to a golf course, in fact our house is ON the golf course, so naturally the first thing I do every morning is go and play golf.
I mostly play with my neighbour and friend Caroline.
The other day, on the 15th hole, we suddenly found a golf ball on the fairway. The first golf ball we saw that morning. We thought about playing it, but finally decided not to. Hitting golf balls is not our game.
Golf certainly is about being social.
How can biking be such a popular sport?

What is your most common dream?
SANDRA: Every night just before I wake up I have dream where I get a motorbike for my birthday.
I'm really tired of cycling every day.
Mom does not like motorcycles, there are so many motorcycle accidents. But if that's a problem for her, she can give me a car.

What is your most common dream?
DOROTHY: Every night before a round of golf, I dream that we can't find my golf ball. After a while of searching, we look in the golf hole. And there it is! Hole in one!
When I bend down to pick up the ball from the hole, out pops a gigantic crocodile and swallows me!
How do you interpret that?
Nowadays I always ask someone else to pick up my golf ball.

If you were an animal what kind of animal would you be?
KRISTINA: I love mice. Yes, I would like to be a mouse. The only problem I have with that is cats. Cats also love mice, but they eat them.
So I have a large project going on where I try convince all cats in the world not to eat mice anymore.
What is most important, your car or your car keys?

If you could take only 3 items onto an island with you, what would they be?
BETTY: I have a friend who once got the same question and did some weird choices. She brought with her a box of wine bottles but forgot a corkscrew.
I won't make the same misstake!
I will bring a good book, my car and I certainly do not miss the car key.

What is the first thing you do in the morning when you wake up?
VERONICA: The first thing I do? I reach for my purse and check that I haven't forgot my wallet and that all my credit cards are still there.
This is just my first check. I go to check my handbag at least once an hour throughout the day.
