Tells us about an astonishing event in your life.

JENNIFER:  - I was in China, slipped on a banana peel and broke my arm and was hospitalized to get the arm in plaster. There was a long queue, at least 20 other people had broken arms or legs and had to be plastered.

But the biggest surprise was the queue with all the women who needed help to give birth on that day -  hundreds of women in labour, and yet there is a one-child policy in China!

Zapiekanka: I’d eat this everyday of my life, damn tasty!

 Zapiekanka is the Polish version of pizza.  It’s a long sliced half of a baked baguette, mushrooms and cheese on top with a very liberal dose of tomato ketchup. This is the traditional version but you can alternate the toppings with your own plus also add a sprinkling of fried onions or chives on top. Delicious.

War is horrible. War is inevitable so long as there are people in power who does not respect people as individuals. I think greed is a contributing factor. Greed for money and power.

War movies are popular, but right now I won't dig deeper into the psychology behind this. I saw a war movie on TV yesterday. Depressing!
